All you need to do is to type the address like this,
First form the URL like this : “http://docs.google.com/gview?url=” + your PDF file path.
For example if i want to read the file present here (http://askmanig.com/TechTalk/attachment.php?aid=63) in google viewer then the complete URL is,
http://docs.google.com/gview?url=http://askmanig.com/TechTalk/attachment.php?aid=63
Just paste this link in Browser address bar and you are all set..
